Article 1: Objectives of the festival
- Promote dissemination of film or video productions performed in school or extracurricular activities.
- Organize a meeting to compare the output, compare, evaluate and thus develop the critical participants.
- Provide opportunities for participants to exchange their thoughts and impressions on productions presented and thus promote fruitful exchanges.
- Developing thinking and spirit critical students face audiovisual productions.

- Addressing all aspects of entertainment across various categories : fiction , reportage, documentary, animation 2D, 3D animation, video art, video clip ...
- enable participants to analyze, evaluate products, criticize and give their opinion at the presentation of " Audience Award. "
Article 2: Registration procedures and organization of the contest:
- The contest is open to all classes and groups students from schools FRANCE (CM2) College (6th, 5th, 4th, 3rd) and school (second, first, terminal) and post-bac class (age limit 20 years) working within a project in school (class pac class project ...) or an extracurricular activity or association (Club, workshop ...) or free candidate.
- achievements will be in the following formats: Mini DV tapes, computer file. Avi or. MPGES (good resolution), DVD. Achievements must be of good quality. The organizers prefer for practical and technical Mini DV tapes.
- The final output will not exceed 10 minutes including credits
- Pre-registration: September to May of this year
- Email achievements (the sooner the better) until the last Friday of May the current year
- Two separate categories will made during the competition: class school, college and class high school and post-baccalaureate . Within these categories under the following categories will be made based on the number Participants: fiction, reportage, documentary, animation 2D, 3D animation, video art, video clip
- The contest will take place in end of school year (late May or early June ) to enable participants to complete their production.
- achievements of the previous year will be accepted
- Prizes will be awarded by a jury composed of personalities from the audiovisual and film professionals of Education, representatives of associations and the town hall of Hyères.
Article 3: Distribution of production.
- The various productions before the jury could eventually be released publicly and free by the organizers of the Festival.
- They may be a compilation and be included in a DVD free.

Article 4: Ownership, use of productions and responsibilities.
